As a Salesmsg org, I would like the inbox call settings to automatically change at certain times or days of the week so that we can have pre-configured Smart timeslots of persons that hear calls, IVR settings, etc that change depending on the time or business day.

Salesmsg currently does not offer AI-powered voice isolation or noise suppression for calls. Adding a Teams-style noise suppression feature would improve call clarity by filtering background noise and enhancing the speaker’s voice, especially for remote and shared-workspace users.

An ability to switch calls between devices signed in into the same salesmsg account. RingCentral has this feature. I use it so I can dial out conveniently by copying and pasting a number on my computer, and then switching the call to go to my phone so I can walk around and talk if I need to.

Please add a calling script feature to assist with conversation flow...also create a lead sheet feature to capture lead details...manually or with ai.

As a user, I want the ability to show a Call Script when an outbound call is being made so my team can read the script.

I want the ability to select a ringless voicemail audio to drop to a contact from the contact chat sidebar.

I would love for there to be some sort of confirmation that the voicemail drop feature worked. Whether this is a continuation of the call recording or some other indication.

As a Salesmsg user who makes calls from a CRM, I would like the ability to voicemail drop from the call extension window in my CRM of choice.

As a user, I brand my outbound calls with a display name, a call reason and my logo that would display on the recipient's screen to boost answer rates.

I would like to be able to but a time limit on voicemails so that they do not last over a certain number of minutes. Use case: we had a voicemail that was a dialtone for 37 minutes. that cost us credits for nothing.
