User Calling Custom Configuration
Given that our team includes both office-bound employees and a larger number of field team members, it would be beneficial to have the option to customize each user's calling preferences. This would allow users to choose whether to transfer calls to an outside number, receive calls in the web browser, or answer calls through the mobile app.

Holiday Schedule for Calling
We are very interested in having a more advanced call scheduling feature that can be managed at the account level. This feature should allow us to send all incoming calls to voicemail with a holiday greeting. Additionally, pairing this with an immediate SMS message would be a powerful tool for our business!

The Ability to Change dial-out numbers during power dialer campaign
We service different markets, I'd like to be able to change the number I dial out from mid-power-dialer-campaign so the area code matches the customer without having to pause and recreate a campaign for each area.

Auto close IVR "no option selected" calls
Auto-close calls that hit the IVR, but the caller hangs up before selecting an option or does not select an option. I don't need these clogging up the conversation view.

Automated text option for IVR
As a Salesmsg user, I'd like for the IVR system to have an option for sending preconfigured automated texts to my contacts. For example, if a contact calls one of my IVR enabled numbers and presses 1 to "schedule service," the system could fire off a text message to that contact with a link to our scheduler.

Recording Notification
It would be great to prioritize building the "this call may be recorded" prompt on calls as many of us live in two-party consent states so we can't automatically record calls.

When getting payment information over the phone and being able to pause or mask the call recording during that time.

As a user, I brand my outbound calls with a display name, a call reason and my logo that would display on the recipient's screen to boost answer rates.
