As a Salesmsg user, I’d like to see exact message timestamps (e.g., 2:14 PM) in the inbox instead of relative times only (e.g., “5h ago”), so I can better track message timing and delays.

As a Salesmsg user, I’d like a clear blank state when I search for a contact with no prior conversation, instead of showing the last active conversation, to avoid confusion.

As a Salesmsg user, I’d like to see the total number of active and unread conversations in the inbox, so I can better gauge message volume and workload after broadcasts.

As a Salesmsg user, I’d like the contact search to reset automatically or allow one-click clearing, so I can quickly search multiple contacts without removing filters manually.

As a Salesmsg user, I’d like conversations to remain closed after I close one, instead of automatically opening the next message, so I don’t miss messages or have to manually mark conversations as unread.

Every time you receive a message the app should refresh, so you're not constantly having to press "open" and then "unread".

The open folder should be organized in the order of last communication, like texts on your phone. Not just from the sender. It makes it difficult to find conversations you just had if the sender hasn't communicated in a long time.

Thanks so much for the saved reply updates! Please consider allowing creation of folders to store saved replies by category.

Please allow for conversations to be filtered by tags in addition to the built in inbox filters. For example: Only display messages/conversations tagged as Lead in the Open section.

It would be nice to send a text note into a conversation from a HubSpot workflow action. Furthermore, it would be even better if we could tag a SalesMsg user in that note.
