As a Salesmsg admin, I would like a way to see which of my websites webpages the Website chat widget was used on, so that I could have more context for the inbound messages coming from the Website Chat to SMS Widget.

As a Salesmsg user, I want to customize which fields are used in my chat widget (i.e First name, last name, email, number, etc), so that I can make sure I only collect the information I actually use.

As a Salesmsg user, I would like the ability to have an SMS sign up website form. Just like the feature that Simple Texting offers. https://simpletexting.com/features/web-forms/

The font for the welcome message is very small. Either make it a couple font sizes bigger, or give us the ability to select different font sizes.

We get hundreds of text messages into Sales Message every day from our customers and drivers. It would be great if all incoming text messages from the text chat widget could be marked somehow so we could easily spot them. Mark them with an icon, color, text, or something. Right now they get buried with all the other messages and we can't tell if they're from the text chat widget.

As a Salesmsg user, I would like the ability to send an automated text to someone who submits their information via the Chat Widget. That way they get a text that says something along the lines of "Thanks for your interest, we'll text you soon", or some other customized text reply.

Similar to the widget it would be nice to have the ability to install a custom button or URL text that when clicked OPENs up the Salesmessage widget.

A customer reported that she finds our Intercom support chat widget to be irritating and would like to have a way to toggle it off on her account

As a customer using the Salesmsg Website Chat Widget, I'd like to identify how many customers are using this tool to interact with my business. Could we apply a tag to each customer or identify the inbound source as 'widget' when the customer submits the form?
