💡 Feature Requests

As a Salesmsg Organization, users come and go, and this includes Organization Owners. We would like a feature in which we can Switch Organization Owners with ease, this includes Organizations that are integrated with HubSpot so that our organization can have total management over the roles and permissions.

As a larger organization, I would like to be able to export a list of all my members from the Members section of the dashboard.

As a Salesmsg user, I would like the ability to rename the media files in my account's media library, to make organization of those assets easier among a bigger team, and so that media files sent to contacts can be intentionally titled.

Add support for webhooks directly in SalesMsg, without needing Zapier (similar to what Stripe or Aircall are doing) or Offer an alternative to Zapier, such as https://integrately.com/ (same features but way cheaper) We are using webhooks to get notified (in real time) of an incoming call. Even with a low-volume, Zapier would charge us close to $100/mo and they keep increasing their rates substantially every year.

User names being case sensitive is causing a lot of support issues for our company. I understand passwords being case sensitive, but user names should not be.

For some reason we're no longer able to export a csv of our contacts and their associated tags. The tags are how we're able to manage and update our data through each marketing cycle. Hopefully this is a bug or can be brought back. HUGE MUST HAVE for us. Thanks

I'd like to be able to add my members in bulk

Is there any feature that Logs off everyone who might be sharing a Salesmsg account? I have a user that cant kick out his old coworkers from using the Account.
