Separate Inboxes for Different Staff Members
Currently, having one main inbox creates confusion as each staff member can see all messages and may end up texting back different team members' clients. It would be beneficial to have separate inboxes for different staff members to streamline communication and avoid mix-ups.

Folders to Manage Inboxes in Settings
As a user, I want the ability from Settings > Inboxes to put my Inboxes in folders so I can easily manage my inboxes. It gets quite difficult when you have lots of inboxes.

Business hours: Add multiple open/closed windows within a single day
As a Salesmsg user, I'd like to be able to configure my business hours to include multiple open/closed windows within a single day so that I can accurately reflect my business' hours of operation.

Red Message Indicator
As a Salesmsg user, I'd like the message indicator that shows how many messages are unread, to be the color red, rather than blue. This will help so we can easily see what messages need a response.

Include Closed Messages in Mentions Filter
As a Salesmsg user, I'd like the Inbox filter for "Mentions" to include all messages, including any that are closed. Since we have many people in our organization, this will help ensure that even if a message is closed prematurely, the recipient will be able to see it in their Mentions filter.

Auto Close By Inbox
As a Salesmsg admin, I'd like stale or inactive conversations to automatically close, but I need to customize which inboxes do this and which don't, so that I can more deeply customize how we handle traffic on specific inboxes.

Oldest to newest inbox filter
A customer requested the ability to select an inbox filter that would show them the oldest messages in an inbox first, instead of the newest. This would help with inbox organization as well as remove the need for a lot of manual scrolling should a user ever need to access the older conversations within an inbox.

Bulk Delete
As admin, I would like the capability to bulk delete members from inboxes. Currently, this must be done singularly and when you have 110 inboxes that you have to remove 5 team members from, the duration of this event can become lengthy/daunting.

On/Off Switch Adding and Removing Members from Inbox
As a Salemssg Admin of the team, I would like to remove from select Members that Own their own Inboxes the ability to add and remove other members from the inbox, so that: No other admin needs to make themselves the owner of another person's inbox while getting all the notifications in the process. No member can add other members without approval.

Advanced Search For Number Picker
As a Salesmsg Organization Owner, I would like a method to use a "advanced search" for better matching of phone numbers when buying phone numbers for my inbox, so that I can have similar phone numbers for my whole organization. (I.e (414) 772-2388 / (414) 772-5336 / (414) 772-1200)
