As a Salesmsg customer using voicemail drop functionality, I would like the ability to restrict agents from creating or modifying voicemail drop recordings within their personal settings. Specifically, I’d like admins to be able to: -Disable voicemail drop creation/editing at the user role level -Limit agents to using only admin-approved voicemail recordings -Optionally require approval before a voicemail drop becomes available for use This would help ensure brand consistency and compliance across teams, especially in multi-agent environments where message quality and approval processes are important.
