As a Salesmsg Organization Owner, I'd like the Organization avatar to be it's own photo, so that I could have unique pictures between my personal photo and organization photo

In the past we briefly used Hatch finding that their kanban view was the only worthwhile feature they had. We would like to see a similar view added to Salesmsg. Ideally it would allow us to add 3 or 4 inboxes side by side, based either on the inbox itself or the tag applied. This would allow managers to track the progress of a leads from marketing to sale without having to search or click through inboxes.

In several instances, it makes sense for the Franchise HQ Admin to be able to add/remove credits from child accounts. Key criteria: See credit balance on 'clients' page Ability to Add/Remove credits from a child account Scenarios: Location closed but they had credits remaining (if HQ paid for the account, they should retain access to the credits) Location delayed opening - not able to use the full balance of credits in the term

As a part of my regular SMS reporting, I'd like to export a list of all contacts who replied to my broadcast but I'd like to include the message content for what that person replied with.

As a Salesmsg user who leverages group SMS often, I'd like the ability to label or "name" group SMS conversations, similarly to iMessage.

As a user, when I want to copy paste a message body it's difficult because of the forward message error, I'd like that arrow to only show up on hovor (or some other method to hide it) so that I can copy the characters.

It would be super helpful if the Salesmsg UI could warn users when a message is scheduled after 9pm or before 8am (user time zone) to ensure messages are not sent to customers beyond recommended hours.

I'd like to be able to sort my media library by user, whether that be done via a filter or folder. This makes it so my users can find their attachments easily.

As a Salesmsg user, I would like the linked HubSpot contact record to be linked to the name of the contact in the Salesmsg conversation preview, so that I could quickly go to the HubSpot contact record page.
