A customer reported that she finds our Intercom support chat widget to be irritating and would like to have a way to toggle it off on her account

Chat Widget - Automated Text Reply
As a Salesmsg user, I would like the ability to send an automated text to someone who submits their information via the Chat Widget. That way they get a text that says something along the lines of "Thanks for your interest, we'll text you soon", or some other customized text reply.

Integrated Calendar
It would be nice to actually have its own calendar, during conversations to not have to click into another site/tab, but also to make sure the reminder text messages and phone calls for scheduled appointments come from the same number I intially contacted them with

Ability Set On/Off Hours for Text Chat Widget
Our team has to manually turn the text chat widget on and off. We should have the ability to have it turn on and off according to whatever hours we want (i.e. turn on between 8 am - 5 pm).
