As a Salesmsg user, I'd like for the AI assistant to be able to summarize call transcripts so that I don't have to listen to the entire transcript myself.

As a user, I want the ability to add notes while on a call and from the calling widget.

As a Salesmsg user, I'd like the ability to Forward calls to a non-Salesmsg number, only when it's outside of my specified business hours.

As a Salesmsg user, I'd like the ability to be on the phone privately, and then transfer it to a conference room speaker phone, like an apple home pod or similar speaker functionality.

As a user, I brand my outbound calls with a display name, a call reason and my logo that would display on the recipient's screen to boost answer rates.

As a user, I want my call and voicemail transcript to be broken down by speaker instead of a one text blob.

As a Salesmsg user, I'd like the ability to set up Call Distribution to ring a member of the Inbox first, and if no answer, to then ring a different Inbox.

allow a teammate to jump into onto a live call (barge in) and then when they speak (whisper in), only the team can hear the communication - not the customer on the call

The mobile version of Salesmsg does not play audio calls in real time. It would be beneficial to have real-time playback of audio calls on the mobile app to enhance communication efficiency.

I want to be able to shorten or lengthen the time it takes to forward a call. Preferably different amounts of time during vs after hours.
