When an inbound message is received, I would like an option to trigger a workflow that round robins the conversation to individual inboxes. We can route via group inboxes today, but we need inboxes to remain fully separate per rep for privacy and process clarity. So we want direct assignment to individual inboxes, not a shared group inbox. Bonus request Add a workflow action to revert routing: if there is no message activity for X days (define activity as inbound, outbound, or either), automatically transfer the conversation back to the default routing inbox or the original intake inbox.
