Lag in text, Lag in Call
I had several family members test the text message feature and its taking approximately 45 seconds between text to respond. This is way to long. I had the same issue with the call bot. its was extremely slow, said our business name wrong over the phone but sounded fine in the test. The time to respond is insane. You guys definitely need to get that sorted out. Defeats the purpose of people using the service when its more frustrating than efficient.

As a user, I want to connect Salesmsg with my preferred LLM tools (such as ChatGPT or Claude) so that I can send messages, manage conversations, and interact with contacts directly from within those tools.

AI knowledge base
As an Account Admin, I would like the ability to upload more than 20 documents to our AI knowledge base. This would allow our sales people to build AI agents with their preferred content and still leave room for uploading knowledge base documents for other support and marketing base agents to be built.

Improve Calendly Integration
I setup the AI chatbot to book appointments but the poor thing was telling people that my schedule was fully booked even though I had openings. Would love for this to be fixed and for there to be a GENERAL sync where clients can pick their own type of service to book (a link to the general calendly schedule) instead of being forced to do one service only. I could see how this would be important for other service providers and technicians. I offer virtual, in-person and housecall type visits and I'd like the user to be able to select the appointment type.

AI Agents: internal notification via conditional logic
As a user of Salesmsg AI agents, I would like the ability to apply conditional logic (such as tagging a contact based on intent, e.g. date availability requests) that can trigger an internal SMS notification to the business owner or team, allowing a human to review and respond before the AI confirms sensitive information.

Set the AI agents to use contact information
We'd like to be able to tell the AI agents what contact properties to utilize in its responses, when appropriate. We have data we send over from our CRM that would be nice to have referenced in initial messages and any times its relevant later in the conversation.

Adding Tag To Customers Removes AI Agent Chat Feature
As a Salesmsg user, when I add a tag to a contact that the AI Chatbot is chatting with, I want the Chatbot to not message that contact unless the tag gets removed. If a trigger is in place for the Chatbot to recognize: if "TagA" don't message contact else message.
