💡 Feature Requests

As a Salesmsg user, I'd like to be able to kick off a call to a contact from the contacts page just like how I can with SMS, so that it's easier for me to use Salesmsg efficiently!

When creating a new contact be able to add a Tag in that same window and not having to go to a conversation to be able to add it

As a Salesmsg Admin, I'd like to be able to bulk-manage the opt-in status for contacts from the 'Contacts' page.

I don't have access to importing contacts from file.

As a Salesmsg user, I would like Salesmsg to show the details on the exact method of creation of a contact. e.g. Contact was uploaded via a csv file, contact was automatically created via a CRM workflow, contact was created by inbound SMS.

As a user, I want to filter and segment my contacts easily.

As a Salesmg user that uses the clicks feature for Broadcasts and Triggers, I would like Salesmsg to provide the contact list of the contacts that clicked the link.

Ability to sort contact by date. Perhaps a way to sort the list in chronological order could be a close solution.

I want the ability to create Keywords so people can text in a word so I can build my list, capture data, and start a campaign.
