I would like to be able to select which inboxes send me email notifications, rather than all on or off.

We need inbound SMS notifications on shared numbers to go to the client’s Account Manager/CSM (from a CRM user field) instead of only the Contact owner, so the day-to-day owner gets notified when their client texts.

I would like to have the option to only get notifications for conversations assigned to me as opposed to notifications for the entire inbox. Specially for mobile.

I'd like options to customize my notifications in many ways. Options for different sounds and different badges. For all Salesmsg platforms (web, mobile, chrome ext.), including customizing my email notifications.

As a Salesmsg user, I would like real-time banner notifications for Chrome.

As a Salesmsg organization owner, I would like to change notification behavior where unreads / reads are associated with the member instead of the inbox, so that every messages would stay "unread" until my user account read the message.

As a Salesmsg user, I'd like to have the ability to set in-app notifications to dismiss themselves quicker within the platform, since they typically are visible for too long and manually closing them is a nuisance. Example: https://salesmsg.d.pr/i/NFDdUA

As a user who works with multiple windows, I often miss messages from clients who have open conversations. In the previous version of the app, the tab would blink when a new message came in, making it easier for me to notice. I would like this feature to be added back to the app.

I would love for the app to allow me to set my business hours daily so that I only receive messages or calls when I am "working" or maybe i could go on sleep mode/vacation mode and have an automated response to any messages received during this time

Need to hear when inbound calls are coming in. Don't see a settings option for this.
