Credits Balance & Spend Notifications
As a Salesmsg Administrator, it would be helpful if I could set notifications for when I reach specific increments of remaining message credits, so that I can anticipate my next payment for message credits.

Salesmsg Status Page
As an Admin, I'd like to be able to validate when carriers or the website is experiencing delays so I can communicate with my team that switching to email may be ideal. Similar to other applications, a status.salesmessage.com page would be helpful for me to check to ensure our team can send and receive messages.

Turn off desktop notifications when agent is "away"
While using the web app on Chrome, our agents are receiving desktop notifications even while their status is set to "away." This is distracting when they are trying to complete other tasks. We would really like the ability for an agent to pause desktop notifications while they are set as away.

Forward SMS to Email
As a Salesmsg user, I would like to receive an email for every response my Salesmsg gets so that my team and I can get instantly notified via email.
