Include Inbox Name In Email notification
As a Salesmsg user who receives email notifications, I would like the notification to display the inbox title along with or instead of the phone number, so that I can more quickly recognize the inbox that the notification is from

Inbox Email Notifications Improvements
As an Admin, I have multiple members assigned to each inbox. I should have the ability to set email notifications to be delivered only to the member that is assigned to the conversation. Every conversation in the inbox should not be emailed to every member of that inbox.

Notifications based on conversation assignee
I would like to have the option to only get notifications for conversations assigned to me as opposed to notifications for the entire inbox. Specially for mobile.

Outbound Notification
It would be nice if we could adjust SMS notifications. Currently we don't get notified when we get an sms. We want to be able to get notified and have a sound go off when we get an outbound or if we wanted to set up notifications for getting an inbound or whatever that would be good.

Inbound 30009 Error notification
As a salesmessage user, I am missing text messages from my customers due to inbound missing message segment errors. This error means that no messages appearing in the Salesmessage Interface for us and our customer aren't aware that their messages aren't being delivered. Right now the only way to check for this error is through Twilio, however I don't have access to Twilio and it's very reactive. Twilio also doesn't allow for email notification for inbound error 30009.

Notify Account Manager When Contact Texts a Shared Number
We need inbound SMS notifications on shared numbers to go to the client’s Account Manager/CSM (from a CRM user field) instead of only the Contact owner, so the day-to-day owner gets notified when their client texts.

Unread Messages By User Instead Of Inbox
As a Salesmsg organization owner, I would like to change notification behavior where unreads / reads are associated with the member instead of the inbox, so that every messages would stay "unread" until my user account read the message.
