Allow Call Transferring from Hubspot
I would like to be able to transfer calls made in Hubspot to other Salesmsg users.

Direct call from Calls section without opening conversation
Allow users to enter a phone number and initiate a call directly from the Calls section, without needing to open or create a message thread first. Currently, placing a call requires going through a conversation, which adds unnecessary friction. This would streamline outbound calling and improve speed for call-first workflows.

Live Call Indicator
It would greatly improve efficiency and provide a better overall experience with the client if there was an indicator within the active chat of an ongoing phone call. For example, a banner at the top of the conversation page that says "Ongoing Call with [Rep's Name]" with the current duration of the call.

Recording Notification
It would be great to prioritize building the "this call may be recorded" prompt on calls as many of us live in two-party consent states so we can't automatically record calls.

As as Admin/Owner of the account, I'd like the ability to export all call recordings for our records and training purposes.

Inbox Voicemail Override for Forwarded Calls
Currently, when a call is forwarded from a Salesmsg inbox to another phone number, unanswered calls default to the voicemail of the forwarded-to number. This new feature would allow forwarded calls to return to the original inbox voicemail if the recipient does not pick up, ensuring clients receive the intended voicemail message rather than the forwarded number's voicemail.
