Thanks so much for the saved reply updates! Please consider allowing creation of folders to store saved replies by category.

I'd like to be able to schedule reminders for appointments, meetings, demos from Salesmsg so I can decrease the amount of no-shows.

When someone creates a contact and the first interaction is an outgoing call, it should auto assign to that person, same as it does when the first interaction is a text.

As a Salesmsg user, I’d like to see exact message timestamps (e.g., 2:14 PM) in the inbox instead of relative times only (e.g., “5h ago”), so I can better track message timing and delays.

Currently there's no ability to search messages for key words or names (only "contact name"). This is something many people use in iMessage daily and would be a critical enhancement

As a Salesmsg user, I’d like conversations to remain closed after I close one, instead of automatically opening the next message, so I don’t miss messages or have to manually mark conversations as unread.

As a Salesmsg user, I’d like the contact search to reset automatically or allow one-click clearing, so I can quickly search multiple contacts without removing filters manually.

As a Salesmsg user, I’d like a clear blank state when I search for a contact with no prior conversation, instead of showing the last active conversation, to avoid confusion.

As a Salesmsg user, I’d like to see the total number of active and unread conversations in the inbox, so I can better gauge message volume and workload after broadcasts.
