Users cannot filter conversations by campaign or broadcast, which makes it difficult to focus on relevant threads and creates unnecessary noise when managing multiple campaigns.

Add the ability to export conversation threads (SMS history) from the platform. Users should be able to download messages with timestamps and contact details for reporting, compliance, or record-keeping purposes.

Add the ability to react to messages (e.g., with emojis) to enable quick acknowledgments and lightweight responses without sending a full message. This would improve conversation efficiency, especially for internal collaboration and high-volume chats.

Being able to add a tag to searched conversations, and be able to click on one conversation and see it on the right side.

As an Admin, I would like the ability to customize the timing windows for the color coding on my conversations. This will allow us to assign higher priority based on our timing metrics, rather than being stuck with the current defaults.

I've noticed that the conversation color coding feature is not taking into account automated messages like when the message source is a trigger, a broadcast or keyword reply. It would be great if the conversation color coding feature could take into account these automated messages for a more accurate representation.

As a user, if a piece of contact information (like a phone number), is updated I'd like a conversation timeline event in my Salesmsg conversation that tells me the change from X to X, so that I can easily determine what has changed since my last message.
