As a Salesmsg user, I'd like to be able to assign different notification sounds to different inbox types so I can quickly distinguish what kind of message or activity is coming in without looking at my screen. Current behavior: All notifications use the same sound regardless of whether it's the main inbox, a shared coworker inbox, or a marketing inbox. Expected behavior: Users should be able to assign a distinct notification tone per inbox type. Why it matters: Without differentiation, high-volume notifications drown out direct customer conversations that need an immediate response. This directly impacts response time and team workflow, especially for users managing multiple inboxes simultaneously.
