As a user, I want the ability to add notes while on a call and from the calling widget.

Mobile: Real-time audio call playback
The mobile version of Salesmsg does not play audio calls in real time. It would be beneficial to have real-time playback of audio calls on the mobile app to enhance communication efficiency.

Call Numbers, without creating any contact records as a result
As a user, I want to be able to dial a phone number without saving that phone number as a contact, so that I don't have to inflate my contact list with contacts that I will only engage with, in a very limited way (often only the single call).

Barge and Whisper
allow a teammate to jump into onto a live call (barge in) and then when they speak (whisper in), only the team can hear the communication - not the customer on the call
