When you have a phone tree set up (press 1 to contact "x") and the person calling does not press 1, is there a way to NOT to receive a "missed call" notification. My inbox fills up with these "missed calls" when they are not in fact missed calls. Thank you

As a Salesmsg user, I'd like to have the ability to add an automated message that notifies the contacts I call that the call may be recorded, so that I don't have to do it manually while on the phone with each contact.

Better clarifications on what happened to the phone call. "called you" sometimes appears when someone hangs up during call menu so its confusing to know if called you means the call was missed or answered. It would also be extremely helpful to see clarification on who answered the call, how long it was, ect. The call labels are not very helpful currently..

As a user, I brand my outbound calls with a display name, a call reason and my logo that would display on the recipient's screen to boost answer rates.

I'd like to be able to see when a call is being forwarded. For example, my business phone number call forwards to my cell phone. It would be great to have some sort of label that are business calls when they come in so I know how to answer.

An ability to switch calls between devices signed in into the same salesmsg account. RingCentral has this feature. I use it so I can dial out conveniently by copying and pasting a number on my computer, and then switching the call to go to my phone so I can walk around and talk if I need to.

As a user, I'd like the ability to use a different ringtone.
