As a Salesmsg and ActiveCampaign user, I'd like to be able to use hyperlinks in the Salesmsg SMS actions of my AC automations.

As a Salesmsg and HubSpot user, after placing a call and leaving a voicemail through Salesmsg, I would like the ability to change the activity status in HubSpot from "Connected" to "Left a Voicemail".

It would be great if HubSpot tickets/conversations could automatically associate with the correct HubSpot contact. We can’t use the SMS-to-email feature at all because each new conversation creates a new contact that we have to manually disassociate and associate.

NOTE: As of February 25, 2025 Hubspot hasn't made an API available for apps like Salesmsg to add SMS to Sequences. As a HubSpot client, I'd like to be able to add 'Send an SMS' into my HubSpot Sequences rather than just Workflows.

As a HubSpot admin, I want to map 2 unique HubSpot users to the same Salesmsg user for automations, but when those users manually text from the widget Salesmsg should log who really sent the text.

As a Salesmsg user, I would like to be able to use the integration with private Slack channels.

As a Salesmsg user, I would like the option to use Okta as the authenticator app, since this is the app already used by my company.

As a Salesmsg and Hubspot user, I'd like to have the ability to map a specific phone line to an individual member on my account, so that any calls made with the mapped line will show up under the mapped user's name on the Hubspot end.

As a Salesmsg user I would like Salesmsg to automatically detect and link new contacts in Salesmsg if they already exist in my CRM so that I can avoid using the "Two way contact sync" search function that needs me do to the same tedious task for the goal of a full import.

As a Salesmsg user, I'd like to be able to see just my leads that were assigned to me in Keap, in Salesmsg, so I can efficiently call through my list of leads each day. Currently, all Contacts are assigned to the Organization Owner.
