Currently cannot connect a HubSpot account to a new org if it's already in use under another org. There should be an option to allow the same hubspot account to be used across multiple orgs if needed.

As a marketing or sales team using ActiveCampaign, I want to access and manage Salesmsg directly within the ActiveCampaign platform, so that I can streamline my workflows, avoid switching between tools, and manage messaging more efficiently from a single hub.

We use Salesmsg tags to track different categories on a lead's contact card ie "Set Appointment", "Previous Customer," etc. Having that tag information append to Hubspot would be of great use for our reporting efforts in Hubspot. Would love to see this implemented - or, if there is a better way to do this please let me know! :) Thanks!

As a Salesmsg user, I'd like for the Hubspot integration to have a contact property that checks the message body of any received message from a contact, as opposed to only checking the body of the last message received from a contact.

As a HubSpot user, I would like any notes made on the Contact Record within Salesmsg, to display in the Contact Record within HubSpot.

As a Salesmsg user that is integrated with ActiveCampaign, I would like my tags to sync on both platforms so that I can fully utilize both platforms more efficiently.

As a Salesmsg user that is integrated with ActiveCampaign, I would like the option to assign a Salesmsg tag without triggers so that I can send an SMS and add a tag at separate times.

We'd like the option to CALL/SMS from the preview side panel when looking at a Contact in the "MY CONTACTS" section of Hubspot. A way to just click their contact from the contact view and then call or text via sales message right through the preview panel

As a Salesmsg user, I'd like to be able to adjust the slack integration to only post new inbound messages, so that my team can use it as a way to keep up with new inbound SMS activity when we're not actively checking Salesmsg.

When configuring a broadcast, I'd like for Salesmsg to only display the specific Hubspot lists that have been synced with my account, since our other members don't need access to the Hubspot lists that haven't been synced.
