For campaigns with a large number of contacts currently In Progress, add a search bar that allows users to quickly find a contact by name (or phone number/email) and remove them from the campaign if needed. Currently, users must manually scroll through the entire list to locate a specific contact. This becomes very time-consuming for campaigns with hundreds of active contacts, especially when someone cancels and needs to be removed immediately.

As a Salesmsg organization owner, I want to send to mobile numbers only if I have paid to lookup all my contacts numbers, so that I never have to build a segment with the criteria in mind, it just works!

As a SalesMsg user, I'd like to be able to internally communicate with other team members without having to send them a SMS.

When I delete a contact they really don't get deleted from a campaign and will still get messages. Very clunky.

You broke the search function

As an Owner of multiple car dealerships, we ask clients to send us images of their vehicles to provide them accurate purchasing quotes. However, the level of compression applied to the photos leads to low quality imaging when attempting to zoom in to see better details in the image. We would like improvements on how and to what level the images are compressed, so there is less degradation in the image.

Member Management

Add an option to automatically tag or label forwarded calls with a custom caller ID name (e.g., “Sales Agent” or “Forwarded Call”) so users can easily identify calls that were routed through the CRM, helping avoid confusion and unnecessary credit usage.

Add the use of signatures to the mobile app

I would like to be able to control which users can export contacts from Salesmsg. Currently, all members can export contacts, and there isn’t a way to restrict this.
