As a Salesmsg user sending broadcasts to HubSpot segments, I'd like to find, sync, and refresh a HubSpot segment directly from the Broadcast builder, so I don't have to go to Settings > Integrations > HubSpot every time I set up a mass text. Why it matters: We often create or edit a segment in HubSpot minutes before sending a broadcast. Today that means leaving the broadcast, going into the integration settings, syncing the segment, waiting for it to finish, and coming back hoping it shows up in the dropdown. If we adjust the segment afterwards, we have to repeat the process. Impact: Faster broadcast setup, fewer chances of sending to an outdated list, and less back and forth between screens. How often I'd use it: Every broadcast we send to a HubSpot segment.

As a Salesmsg user sending automated reminders through HubSpot workflows, I'd like the option to let specific messages (like appointment reminders) send during quiet hours, so contacts who book a call early in the morning still get their reminders on time. Why it matters: When a contact books a call before quiet hours end in their time zone, reminders like "1 hour until your call" and "5 minutes until your call" are held until quiet hours are over. By then the call has already started, so the reminder is useless. Impact: Missed reminders mean more no-shows on sales and enrollment calls. These are messages the contact asked for by booking, so holding them doesn't serve the purpose of quiet hours. How often I'd use it: Every time a contact books a call outside our normal sending window. Ideally this would be a per-workflow or per-action toggle, so quiet hours still apply to everything else.

We’d like the ability to set a character limit on outbound messages that our team members can send. This would help us control SMS credit usage by preventing staff from sending overly long messages that consume multiple credits. Ideally, admins could define this limit per user or across the account.

Dark mode on the web app would make using the interface more pleasant, especially on late nights!

After Salesmsg deploys an update, some features intermittently stop working until users clear their browser cache and log back in. For teams with multiple employees, this means an admin has to manually clear the cache and re-authenticate each person's computer one by one. It would be great if the cache invalidation/versioning process could be improved so users automatically load the latest version after a deployment, without any manual clearing. And when an update requires a fresh login, it would help if Salesmsg automatically expired the existing session so affected users are simply prompted to re-authenticate on their own. This would make updates much smoother for multi-user businesses.

As an Organization Owner with lots of members, I notice that some of my users are sending messages out of my Organization's desired operating hours. I'd like a method to restrict the phone number working hours to ensure no messages go out after my desired operating hours.

Description: As a Salesmsg customer, I'd like a sandbox/dev environment so I can test new features and automations without disrupting our live production setup. Right now, testing anything new means disconnecting our live CRM integration, pausing automations, and reconnecting to a test environment until we've confirmed it works. We've rolled out Salesmsg to our sales team (95% adoption) for SMS and pipeline-stage automations. As we plan to roll out Calling next, we need to test it without interrupting day-to-day operations, and confirm conversation assignment and contact ownership work as expected before going live. A secondary environment that connects to our dev/test CRM, separate from production, would let us validate new features safely before rollout.

As a Salesmsg user, I would like to have a desktop Salesmsg app so that I don't have to rely on a browser to use the platform.

As a Salesmsg admin, I want all my Salesmsg users to use my company's SSO to login to Salesmsg.

The recent constant changes to make the online browser site look similar to the cell phone app have been very hard to understand and use. The original browser design was much more user friendly. We can't figure out all the changes, everything is smaller and hard to find. Can't find links to things we need all the time (where to add a contact for example??) without looking all over. And since it isn't intuitive we have to search over and over again. We would love to be a part of a usability study!!
