View List of Undelivered Messages in Analytics
I'd to be able to click into the "Error Rate", "Spam Rate", and "Opted-out" metrics and view a list of the flagged messages (think Hubspot Reports). If possible, I'd like to see a breakdown of the error codes, possible reasons for spam, etc by user.

Analytics: Filter by Time
I would like to be able to filter my analytics by time. Especially when it comes to member performance. As data skews if my users get texts outside of business hours.

Analytics - Performance tab Business Hours
As a Salesmsg Admin, I'd like to measure response rates in and outside of business hours. Ideally, I could toggle between 'include business hours calculation' or exclude business hours.

Track closed conversations in graph section of 'Conversations' report
As a Salesmsg user, I'd like for the 'Conversations' report graph to track closed conversations in addition to new conversations, so that I can easily see at a glance the quantity of closed conversations per day over a given period.

As a Salesmsg user, I'd like to be able to filter the existing analytics reports by specific Hubspot workflows, so that I can easily see deliverability rates for individual workflows.

'Message Failed Reason' Contact Property
As a Salesmsg user, I want to see the 'Failed Reason' property for message sends while reviewing contacts and segments, so that I can easily identify the reasons for failed message sends (e.g., Carrier Violation, Unreachable Destination, Landline, etc.) and take corrective action efficiently.

Add Transcription tracking to analytics
Call transcription as a reflection of credits used / time transcribed should be made available within Analytics. A good spot would be the credits analytics page.

Ringless Voicemail Analytics
As a Salesmsg user who uses Ringless Voicemail a lot, I'd like this activity to be easily referencable on Salesmsg analytics including all table stakes (Sent, delivered, listened to, replies, call backs etc) and possible advanced stats on ROI, so that I can have confidence in what is happening with my Ringless Voicemail messages.

Visibility of Messages Captured in 'Spam Rate' Analytics
As a user, I'm facing challenges in identifying which of my messages are causing issues with carriers. I suggest a feature that allows me to see what messages are being captured in our 'Spam Rate' under the analytics tab. This would help me better understand and manage my messaging strategy.
