Add Multiple Numbers to Contacts
As a Salesmsg user, I would like the option of adding multiple numbers to one contact so that I can consolidate multiple conversations into one thread.

Add "Failed Reason" column to Contacts Page
Adding a Failed Reason Column to the Contacts page would improve the ease of management for undelivered text messages. The Message Status column allows me to see a text wasn't delivered, but not the reason. Reason would allow me to Opt-out by Error Code and Reason rather than having to open each contact to determine why the message failed. This would help me with 10DLC compliance as well as reducing the usage of credits to send to undeliverable numbers.

Allow contacts to be shared by multiple users in Salesmsg
It would be very beneficial if contacts could be shared by multiple users within Salesmsg. This feature would greatly enhance our team's collaboration and efficiency, as it would allow different team members to access and manage the same contacts without needing to duplicate information.

Nicknames for contacts
I would like to be able to add a nickname to a contact — we have to have their full/legal name as the contact name, but often people go by a different name. I would like to have a nickname field, and be able to have the nickname autofill, rather than the full name.

Opt out method
As a Salesmsg admin that manages a large team, I would like to know what the Opt out method was in addition to what member opted a contact out so that there is more accountability.

Ability to Mass Link Contacts
As a Salesmsg user, I'd like the ability to mass link contacts. This will help in the instances where there are several unlinked contacts between Salesmsg and our CRM, and save time from having to link them one by one.

Pre-set group message recipients
As a Salesmsg user who relies a lot on group messaging, I'd like for there to be a way for me to select/configure groups of contacts in advance so that I can create new group messages to these clusters of contacts more efficiently without having to manually enter multiple contacts into the recipient field each time that I create a group message.
