I would like for the Unique Key or Unique ID for each contact to be available to users-assuming they're already being internally generated and simply not available to the end-users. There's things I want to do with the exported data outside of the platform and it makes it difficult to manage the data without unique keys.

As a Salesmsg and Pipedrive user, there's no smooth communication between Pipedrive contact owner and Salesmsg ownership. While it is my understanding that the integration will be enhanced in the future, a helpful feature would be to allow users to include a Contact Owner column in the CSV when importing contacts. This would enable assigning ownership during the import process.

Allow users to select multiple contacts in the Contacts view and update their owner in bulk. This is currently only possible via API. Needed for post-import cleanup or ownership changes at scale.

As a Salesmsg user, I would like the option of adding multiple numbers to one contact so that I can consolidate multiple conversations into one thread.

As a Salesmsg user, I'd like to easily identify which contacts have been 'blocked' so I can add them to a segment, use a tag, or delete them respectively.

As a Salesmsg user that is integrated with HubSpot, I would like Salesmsg to create Company Records and Sync with my list of HubSpot Companies. Similar to Contact records but for Companies.

A customer requested the ability to merge tags in the event that a duplicate tag is unintentionally made so that contacts can easily be migrated onto the correct version of the tag and so that the duplicate tag can be deleted

As a Salesmsg user, I would like the ability to delete Internal Notes from the Conversation Timeline and the Contact Card.

We need to be able to toggle on Internal Notes when looking at Contacts in the Contacts page. Additionally, we need to be able to search & filter by internal notes keywords or empty/filled statuses. ASAP!

I'd like to be able to filter contacts in a way so that I can send a broadcast to contacts that I have not heard a reply from/received a text message from
