We are a real estate agency and we manage a high volume of group text conversations tied to different client transactions and properties. It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to give each group message a custom title or label, such as the property address. For example, if we have 100 active listings, we may have many different group conversations happening at the same time between clients, agents, vendors, and internal team members. Being able to label each conversation by property address would make it much easier to quickly identify the correct thread, stay organized, and reduce the chance of opening or responding in the wrong conversation. Ideally, the custom label would be visible in the inbox/conversation list and could be updated as needed.

Within the Pipedrive integration, the ability to text leads from this section similar to how you can use the widget within a deal.

Feature request: Expose the true final call outcome (Answered / Missed / No Answer / Voicemail) and the Source field (voicemail drop / ringless) — currently visible only in the Call History table — in (1) the HubSpot call sync, so the call engagement's outcome reflects the real result instead of mapping voicemail pickups to "Connected", and (2) external webhook payloads for outgoing-call events. Use case: trigger an automated HubSpot follow-up text within 1–2 minutes of a no-answer/voicemail call — impossible today because the distinguishing data isn't exposed outside your UI.

As an account Owner, I would like the ability to block access to emoji usage for my members. Use of emojis will cause our users to burn more credits than intended.

Are you planning on releasing an iMessage feature for iPhones? We want our texts to be seen in blue.

Currently, when Business Hours are configured in Salesmsg, there is no option to prevent automated SMS responses from being sent outside of business hours. If an automation or auto-response is enabled, the message will still send even when the workspace is outside of its configured business hours.
